These are my current top 3 favorite tips that save money and I wish I'd already known. So I'm sharing. Cheers! I'm convinced there's somewhat of a conspiracy that folks don't all know this, because there's no money in it!
1) The sun gets out all organic stains, screw stain stick.
2) Vinegar cleans cloth diapers, and gets them smelling brand new. Nothing fancier.
3) Neti pots, it's so weird to pour water in one nostril and out another that I was afraid to try it, but presto, you can breathe before bed, and you can prevent sinus infections. And no antibiotics. I'm SO sold.
Bonus parenting tip.
4) If your kid puts a bead up her nose, pinch the good side and blow into her mouth CPR style. Out comes the round object. Skip the Minor Injury Clinic or ER.
I'm just saying.

Thanks for reminding me, I still need to find a neti pot!
Addendum to the nostril tip: if child get the concept of nose-blowing, close unjammed nostril and tell them to blow. Skip ER/clinic AND skip getting snot in your mouth! ;)
it's a great suggestion with virus season approaching...i found my neti pot on amazon and love it!
I can't wait to try the blowing in the mouth nose/pea/bead thing. ;) Keep 'em comin'
